It has been brought to our attention that everyone with newly created accounts has difficulty accessing the game.

To fix this problem, simply change your game account password via myLU! https://my.levelupgames.ph/ and limit it to 9 characters only.

For Freestyle accounts who are also experiencing this, if your password is more than 9 characters long, just key in the first 9 characters of the password to be able to log in to K.O.S. However, you are given the option to change your password to your own liking; you just have to limit it to 9 characters.
